Refund Policy

1. Full Refund Within 14 Days (Unused)
If you request a refund within 14 days of a subscription charge and have not used the Service during that billing period — meaning zero AI reply generations and no approvals made in the review queue — we will refund the full amount of that charge. The 7-day free trial requires no payment, so no refund is ever needed for the trial itself.
2. Pro-Rated Refund (Used)
If you have used the Service during the billing period, you may still request a refund within 14 days of the charge. The refund is calculated pro rata by the unused portion of the billing period: the monthly fee, divided by the number of days in the period, multiplied by the number of full days remaining after the day your request is received.
Example: You pay NT$599 on the 1st of a 30-day month and request a refund on the 10th. Twenty full days remain, so your refund is NT$599 × 20 ÷ 30 = NT$399 (rounded to the nearest dollar).
Refund requests made more than 14 days after a charge are not eligible; instead, you may cancel auto-renewal at any time and keep access until the end of the period.
3. How to Request a Refund
Email support@localreplybot.tw from your registered email address with the subject "Refund request", including your business name and the date of the charge. No reason is required, though feedback helps us improve.
4. Processing Timeline
We confirm eligibility and approve qualifying requests within 3 business days. Approved refunds are issued by our payment provider, Paddle, to your original payment method; funds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer. Refunds are issued in the original charge currency (NT$).
